Every customer is visited so that we can listen to what you need and to design a service to do the things you want, when and how you want them done. Our service is fully managed so that we can maintain the highest quality at all times and vary it as your needs change. Our regular services are available weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or more often if you wish. Poppies tries hard not to let our customers down. We come when we say we will and will do the jobs we have promised will be done. Wherever possible we allocate staff to each client and organise relief cover for holidays and sickness.
